Welcome

I am a qualified Physiotherapist with over 17 years experience working in both the NHS and private practice.

​

I have experience working with many different conditions, helping you return to sport after an injury, treating postural related conditions, assessing balance and mobility and pre and post-operative rehabilitation to name but a few.  I regularly liaise with GPs and Consultants throughout your treatment to ensure that you are on the right pathway to recovery.

​

I have a holistic approach to treatment, assessing how the whole body moves to find the cause of your pain or dysfunction.  We will then work together to help you achieve your goals.

​

I am also a qualified Medical Acupuncturist, Clinical Pilates Instructor, Myofascial Release Practitioner and Aquatic Therapist.

​

I offer home visits in Winchester - Alresford - Alton and surrounding villages.

​

Aquatic Therapy sessions are held at the Pinder Hydrotherapy Pool in the Winchester Sport and Leisure Park.

Jen fitted me in at short notice to assess a hamstring injury that wasn't getting better.  She made me feel completely at ease and listened to my concerns.  The clinical sports massage was excellent (easily the best I've had - out of three physio/massage therapists I've visited over the years) - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her expertise for routine sports massage, or for investigating/treating a more specific concern.
